For second year in a row, Google could be canceling April Fools’ Day jokes
According to Business Insider, there will not be a Google April Fools’ Day prank this year. If true, this would be the second year in a row Google has not participated in the annual tradition.
For most of Google’s existence, it’s created elaborate and sometimes hilarious April Fools gags. However, it declined to do so last year as the COVID-19 pandemic was ramping up. Now, with the pandemic still in full swing globally, it appears the company is still not in the mood to joke around.
This is a developing story and this article will be updated.
