Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, EKSUTH school of nursing application form for the 2019/2020 academic session is now available.

We are using this medium to inform all interested persons that the admission form into Ekiti State University School of Nursing, EKSUTH, Ado-ekiti for 2019/2020 academic session is now on sale.

EKSUTH Entry Requirement

Applicants must possess a minimum of Five (5) Credits in WASC/SSCE/NECO to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings and candidates must attain the age of 17 years in 2019.

Candidate will be allowed to combine WAEC/SSCE with NECO Results.

How to Apply for EKSUTH School of Nursing Admission

Visit the college e-portal at: www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng
– Select your Application method which could be either Option A or Option B as show below:

OPTION A : Scratch Card Application Method

• You are required to pay the sum of Eleven thousand naira (N11,000.00 only) to Fidelity Bank Plc Account No: 5030094390. Account Name: EKSUTH (SON) Sales of Forms Account.
• Bring photocopy of your payment teller to the school to collect receipt and scratch card then
• Visit the school website www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng and
• Click Apply with Scratch Card
• Scan and upload your recent passport photograph (Not more than 30Kb) and submit your relevant data.
• Print out your exam venue slip which you will bring to the exam center.

OPTION B : Online PIN Generation Application Payment Method

1. Visit the college’s website @ www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng
2. Click Apply for Online PIN without coming to the school
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to generate Remita RRR Pin
4. Print/write down the code
5. Go to any bank and pay using the RRR pin or pay online via ATM Card, etc
6. Please note that this process attracts additional Payment/Logistic charges of N550:00 only
7. After payment, login to the website www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng with the 32-digits PIN
8. Scan and upload your recent passport photograph (Not more than 30Kb) and submit your relevant data.
9. Print-out your exam venue slip which you will bring to the exam center.

EKSUTH School of Nursing Form Closing Date

The sale and submission of school of nursing ado ekiti admission form will end on Friday, 30th August, 2019 by 2 pm.

Ekiti School of Nursing Screening/ Exam Date & Venue

Ekiti School of Nursing Entrance examination will take place on Saturday 31st August, 2019 by 11:00am prompt.
