Featuring a 1.64-inch rectangular display, running Lite OS, and powered by the Kirin A1 chipset, the fitness wearable is good for a week of “heavy usage” according to Huawei. It also features GPS tracking, but when in use battery life is only good for 12 hours. Huawei does guarantee the device can track 96 workouts, namely “11 professional sport modes including running, swimming and cycling” and “85 custom workout modes.” The Watch Fit includes sleep monitoring, menstruation tracking, blood oxygen saturation monitoring, and heart-rate tracking, too. The Watch Fit will go on sale in the United Arab Emirates from September 3 for 399 UAE dirham (~$108) on Huawei’s store. It’s not clear when the device will be available in other markets. Update: August 31, 2020 (6:10 AM ET) : OnePlus is now rolling out Oxygen OS 10.5.6 to the OnePlus Nord. The update numbered 10.5.6.AC01DA in India, 10.5.6.AC01BA in EU, and 10.5.6.AC01AA​ in other global markets is not a very significant one. It brings improvements to system stability, image stabilization, power consumption, and Bluetooth connections. That’s about it. The Osun state police command has arrested a man identified as Akeem Adebayo for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl at a stream in Ido Osun, Egbedore Local Government Area of the state on Saturday, August 29. According to reports, the victim had gone to wash her clothes at a stream close to her father’s house when the suspect hit her on the head with a sharp object, leaving her with a head cut. He went on to rape her. Her cry for help drew the attention of passersby who rushed to the scene and apprehended the suspect and rushed the victim to the hospital. Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, Yemisi Opalola, said the suspect is now in police custody and that investigation into the matter is ongoing Let's block ads!
